Mats has extensive experience advising a wide range of asset owners, institutional investors, insurance companies, governments, and investment platforms, as well as international fund managers, pension funds, investment platforms, and asset management organizations.

 

Mats has held senior roles and positions at Goldman Sachs, Mercer, Aon, Pioneer Investments, and Brummer & Partners.

Mats advised the Swedish Government on the governance and strategy for the AP-funds, the investment strategy for AP7, the national default fund, the transfer of the Fund Management Platform at the National Premium Pension, and the implementation and construction of the new Fund Selection Agency (FTN).
